What is your confidentiality policy?
All patient files and information are strictly confidential. We secure your patient health records in compliance with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA).
What is your cancellation policy?
We charge a $75 fee if you book an appointment and do not arrive for your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we charge a $50 cancellation fee.
Do you offer telemedicine or telehealth appointments?
We are in the process of setting up our telemedicine and telehealth options to serve you better. Stay tuned!
What payment methods do you accept?
All medical services covered under the Alberta Health Insurance Plan will be directly billed to Alberta Health. Please bring your Alberta Health Care Card with you to your appointment. Any other services not covered will be billed separately. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
